Excellent customer service and response time. Have had large fabric lounge cleaned 3 times with Groundhog and very happy with end result each time. Price is also very competitive compared to other quotes I have had. Will definately keep using Groundhog.

Extremely happy with the result. I have lived in this rental for over 8years. The carpets - which are very cheap mind you - look almost new. My daughters room had was black at the entry, had 8years of juice, vomit, markers, crayons, lipstick, eyeshadow stains. I can't see any of them. Plus they smell nice. Best of all the price. I won't be using anyone else in the future.

Service was good. Payment was good with the digital age we love in. He was late but he did call me to advise. So it was ok. He even said I could leave for my other appointments, and that I needn't stay to wait. I gave four stars coz he didn't call me about a stain in carpet he couldn't get out completely. But I got bond back so I guess it went OK.
